Westworld : What were Charlotte and the Board going to do with the park

Whatever their plans were, it would have been better than watching a sappy romantic scene on the beach with Teddy and Dolores.

It is a sad thing to think about but they would have continued with the park business as usual. Theresa was an imbecile until Bernard's thrall or she would have realized everything was going to hell.

No reveries, no AI waking up into sentience, no people getting murdered. Just a crazy cash flow for Delos.

the tech in the park is far beyond what the rest of the world has. I felt from Charlotte's chat with Theresa, they wanted the technology and didn't give a *beep* about the park or the narratives. we theorized they wanted the tech to sell as house servants or even an option for military purposes.

Most of the "inner story" of the show was not known by Delos. They knew nothing of Ford's plan, nothing about the MIB or Dolores or Bernard. So to think they had a plan is ridiculous. Their presence in the story was simply backdrop to Ford's secret agenda. They were literally sitting ducks.
