I think they should have included Williams and Randall biological mom in it.We really didn't need too see a recap of Rebecca and Jack.

They're not going to shove everything into one episode. And this wasn't a recap. The parts that we saw before, which they ran through quickly, were to establish where they were in the timeline within this episode.
