Considering his review of The Haunting (1999) and how much Doug ranted about it failing as an adaptation, I can't help but feel let down by this one.

You're totally right. Nostalgia Critic should have used an Oldish vs. Newish structure comparing the original Wickerman to the remake just like he did with The Haunting.

Some kind of genius IMO. Especially the Wicker-chick flatmate who started physically floating around outside the door.
