Rob Shneider does an excellent job in this film. In my opinion he steals the show with his stupid act.
I find Mark Twain as a black rapper to be the one who steals the show. Him and Wyatt Earp.

I enjoyed it too! Unusual for me as I don't think I've ever liked a Sandler film before. I thought it was reminiscent of Monty Python's Holy Grail and even got some hints of the Wizard of Oz.

I am soooo there with you! I always sigh whenever an Adam Sandler film is on. Funny, in this one he is actually more the voice of reason. I think he's better in that role. Little Pete was my fave. Who knew that Taylor Lautner was so good at being hilarious. I had to do a double take He gets my thumbs up!:)

I agree. It provided many laughseven now, I chuckle at L'il Pete swinging on the rope making goofy comments. And I wasn't stoned at all. It was just fun.

Definitely low brow, but I found myself laughing as well. It's no "Blazing Saddles " but it was funny. Not " laugh out loud " all the time, but amusing nonetheless.

When you're watching stupidity, remind yourself what you might have thought was funny when you were a child, and you'll laugh. If you watch a movie with an adult mentality, you'll hate it. Nuff said eh ?

The humor is at least 50 years old man. Get with the program. Watch Blazing Saddles. The humor is more modern, even though the movie was made in the 70s. It doesn't make any sense.

Well i didn't think it was great. I thought it was certainly better than Sanders more recent films. Which is a achievement in and of itself. I mean unless you think "Thats my Boy" and "Jack and Jill" ways better than this..

I found the baseball scene to be extremely funny and original. Other than that I got a few chuckles here and there, but not much.

Much better than Pixels and the other Sandler's films. However, it would've worked better as a straight drama than a comedy and if they would've cut at least an hour.

I found it fairly funny. It's not like I got to the end thinking "i'll never get that time back". It has it's moments and is typical silly humour that Adam Sandler films often have. It's worth a watch if you are in the right mood.
