I Need To Know : Crime movie?

There was this one movie where a short haired policewoman (or a private detective?) is investigating this one couple, she starts to sleep with the woman, her husband knows about it, is joining them eventually and they start telling her about what they plan (or maybe it was just the husband who planned something suspicious?).

I think this was some crime thriller or an erotic thriller.

Very close, but that's not it. I really do think one of the characters was a policewoman.

There's this one scene where the girl is talking to the husband of the wife she's sleeping with in the morning. He says that they had fun probably, then the girl noticed she didn't have her pants on and rushed to get them.

That was quite funny.

I think this could be it!!!

The only other movie that I can think of with such a character triangle is Gazon maudit (1995) a.k.a. French Twist, but Josiane Balasko's character is not a policewoman and there was no crime plot or thriller element, as far as I remember.
