Another letter from department of motor vehicles check this shyt out

A letter from MA RMV arrived today. On the 20th I have to turn my License, Registration and Plates into the registry. I need to file an appeal which could take up to month to be scheduled. My truck will be idle for that whole time. My apartment building does not allow unregistered vehichles to stay in the lot. Now if I win the appeal everything should be returned. But I may have to re-register my car and still pay to get my license back. The Wilmingto RMV hearing officer told me it would a be a 500.oo dollar fine. Not true it could be only 100.oo or it could be 1500.oo.

When I was charged in New Hampshire on July 20, 2013 I did not drive. Until the courts released me and notified me I was allowed to drive again. I cannot get a stay for my appeal so my license is memorex on Monday. For at least 60 days plus the length of time between the 20th and appeal hearing. I am so screwed this time, Why am I being charged twice? Why will I be penalyzed a second time. I cannot afford a lawyer. So I am screwed.

If anyone has a suggestion I am all ears. Please help me if you can

Re: Another letter from department of motor vehicles check this shyt out

No the MA Dept. of motor vehicles just found out about it. Only took them 4 years. Now I get tried a second time. Lose my license again pay a huge fine. I am hoping if at the appeal I fail to win they can allow a permit to drive to and from work

Good luck. Having steady employment at the time of trial is a huge plus they'll consider for your benefit.

Re: Another letter from department of motor vehicles check this shyt out

Find a lawyer who will work on contingencythey tend to be the hungriest and are often effective because they wanna get paid. You don't need to give a fck if the guy's sleazy, ad long as he gets the job done for you. This isn't a murder trial.

The University of MA has pro bono students to use. They are supervised by a licensed lawyer.
