100 Million BC : One of the worst movies i've ever seen

This movie is so bad, oh god. I would never forgive myself if had spent a single rusty coin watching it.
The acting is -with some exceptions- very poor.
The sound effects are horrible. A hilarious example is when the time travelers return to the base and when they're kissing, you can listen to those cartoon sounds of kisses.
The story sometimes made so sense at all: when they get back to the base, the comander or whatever, acted like they were returning the same day they left BUT at the end of the movie they use the time traveling device to get what to the day they left.

Oh and the special effects where crappy too, but that's not the worst aspect of the movie.

i downloaded the movie thinking that it was 10,000 BC btw which also sucks but this movie was horrible. I watched the whole movie and it was so bad i almost killed myself. i rated it 1/10 coz i cant give it 0. please dont even think of watching this movie coz you will never get your time back.

Seconded, this movie was appalling.

I watched this crap for 30min or so. Could not handle more and then checked our message boards about the movie and the director. Boy, was I surprised to see there are people who think Griff Furst is like new Farancis F Copppola or smth

30 mins for me as well, then I stopped watching! I have rarely seen such utter crap!

My gosh, I'm glad Geoff Meed died within the first 25 mins of the film so I could turn it off. I love Mr. Meed! His death scene was great!! Maybe if Asylum let Meed write and direct more of their films they wouldn't turn out like this..

How about the helicopter scene! It looked like it was being hung by a string. This movie was the worst movie I have ever seen!

Wow, this movie was bad even for an Asylum production. At least Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus and Mega Piranha actually had a coherent plot.

I just bought this from the Walmart $5 bin. It was a Double Feature coupled with Journey to the Center of the Earth.

It was the artwork of 100 Million BC that got my attention. The T-Rex on a dark street with tanks ready to attack. I read the description on the back and it sounded like it could be good.

This was my very first Asylum produced movie I've ever seen. All I can say is that the cover art is very misleading. Well first the T-Rex didn't even look that good in the actual movie and sadly no scene of the T-Rex being attacked by tanks is even in the film.

It was quite a shock to see a very old and bald Michael Gross in this. Boy has he aged.

The Dino effects are very bad. Even worse than those in another bad film called Raptor Island. Not for one second did I actually believe that the dinos were real. They never seemed to blend in realistically with their environment. It just looks like they were plastered into the scene.

The acting is not very good either. Gross and Evigan are probably the best ones in this. Otherwise the acting is sub-par.

Really the only saving grace is that the cinematography is quite good in this. Well for at least the first half of the movie. Once they return to the present it's very dark, even on my newer TV. I could hardly make out what was happening at times. Perhaps to try and hide the bad T-Rex effects.

The films is fairly well paced but the ending made very little sense. All of a sudden a young version of Gross's character pops up to save the day. Huh?

This film makes me appreciate just how good films such as Jurassic Park are. Heck even the Land of the Lost film is better than this one is.

I agree with the OP's rating as well. 2/10.

Did you notice in one of the scene's at the end when the 5 of them are looking at the T-Rex they are all looking towards a different spot. One of em is not even looking at the thing. Obviously the rex is edited in later but at least they could all have looked at the same spot in front of them. The funniest *beep* ever.

I wasn't expecting much out of this movie, but my God was it a disaster. Being a gun enthusiast, I just couldn't let this point slide: We may encounter massive, thick skinned lizards, so let's bring MP5's

Someone (is it you?) says this about every film.
This time you may be correct, but, really, pick your targets.
This is like bullying the REALLY weak kid on the playground.

Perhaps the OP just wants to reach out for some sense of community.

Honest to God This film had me laughing out loud!
100MBC is worse then the WORST Ed Wood film, and I own them all.. Proudly.
