Yeah, the blonde kid in "Night of the Demons" who popped out of the closet and scared his topless sister too. He complimented her rack, weird.

There is also the more obscure 80's horror movie Elves where a kid peeps in on his sister in the shower, talks about how he likes it, and how he wants to tell everyone. Granted, there is a bit of foreshadowing there as the family is revealed to have a history of incest, but it says something about the era that this kind of scene crept up more than once.

Yes, I couldn't believe he had the nerve to walk in wearing a creepy mask and holding a fake knife while his sister took a shower. He probably would've ended up being a maniac either way but the trauma from the carnival will just speed up the process.

The kid trying to stab his sister with a fake knife is an homage to Halloween when Michael stabbed his sister to death. The shower part is an homage to Psycho.
