is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.6062324

In early April, the Surrey, B.C. resident went on a date with someone she met on the online dating app Bumble. The evening started off well, she said.

She brought him back home, she said, where they began consensual sex with a condom. DiBella said the man lost his erection and asked her to let him remove the condom. She said she insisted he keep it on because she wasn't on birth control.

At one point, she said, he asked her to turn over.

"And then next thing I know, he was ejaculating on my back. I was confused why that was happening. And I said, 'What's going on? Are you still wearing a condom?' He said, 'No, I only took it off for a little bit," she said.

i don’t relate to this because i don’t use condoms but i am so very interested in what the ppl of FB think

has any of u broskis actually done this 🤔😬😬

i also think that “and then next thing i know, he was ejaculating on my back” would make a fine signature

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

Yes I have and no it isn't. I think there's a mutual understanding that at a certain point when I'm having sex with my escort that I'm going to take off the condom and just spray a wild volley of ejaculate all over his back. They just recognize the futility of fighting me as I always keep one of my axes next to the bed and they're definitely in no position to protest.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

I didn’t know there was a word for that

My first thought is that I don’t see how that’s not akin to rape. But I’m not familiar with what the law interprets as rape.

I also think… If a woman lied about being on BC, is that rape as well?

At the very least, I’d consider both sexual assault.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

This is a stupid story about stupid people.

It's one of those "people with no insight" and they don't even know how sex works.

Condoms are heinous to the point where I would rather avoid sex than get anywhere near one. They are too tight on me, and I feel nothing through them, even the large ones, lol.

If you're a woman and some guys says he lost his erection, it means he's either tire, nervous, or can't feel anything. In this case, the woman I guess, is clueless about sex and so it was a set up for the guy to do that.

It's not rape but it certainly is not a smart thing to do for either the man or the woman.

People who have "casual sex" like this are idiots.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

Of course it's not rape. Rape is not consensual. Their sex was. I don't see how it qualifies as a sexual assault either. What was the assault, jizz on her back?

It's unethical behavior on the guy's part. But I have no clue why anyone would want the state or the police to get involved.

Kick him out and never see him again. Problem solved.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

I agree with you.
It was consensual and therefore not rape.
And he acknowledged that she did not have birth control and did not want to knock her up therefore cumming on her back.
A perfect gentleman! LOL

But suppose he had ejaculated in her cunt?
That would have been against her wishes.
Could that even be considered as "sexual assault?"
It would be wrong but I dunno if is illegal.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

Even if the "woke" crowd tries to push for this to be illegal or even "rape", I'm still libertarian on issues like this. She consented to have sex with the jerk who obviously doesn't respect her, so she needs to act like an adult and take responsibility. No whining to the sex police. Just stop seeing him.

Why is she even telling anybody about this? Okay, sorry if its slut-shaming, but STFU you stupid whore.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

You are also right in calling it unethical.
He broke the issue of trust when he took it off without her knowing.
That is on him and I think he should be blamed for being a sleaze like that.

Should this kind of thing be illegal now or in the future?
I think so because he is putting his DNA into her without consent.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

what if he gave her an std ?

she didn’t consent to genital warts

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

So he only took the condom off for a little bit while penetrating her from the rear during consensual sex which was consensual on the condition that he use a condom during sex. Yes, it's akin to rape, but it's not rape.

At the very least, the woman should feel justified in kicking him in the gonads while telling him he will be responsible for any medical bills she incurs from his actions.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

what if he gave her an std ?
Too bad so sad.
she didn’t consent to genital warts
A condom doesn't prevent genital warts. If she rubbed crotches with him she consented to genital warts.

it would have prevented lesser stds like gonorrhea or chlamydia though

all things she should have rightfully been protected from

No, keep the government out of the bedroom.

Everyone knows condoms are not 100% effective. The stupid bitch took the risk of sleeping with this jerk who she should have known she couldn't trust. It's all on her. The state has no place making it illegal or even getting involved.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

I disagree that it is all on her.

If a man disregards the woman's wishes without her consent or knowledge and there are consequences as a result of those actions such as pregnancy or STD then that is on him.

Earlier you mentioned that it was unethical for what he did and now you are pinning it all on her?
Are you changing your mind?
Which is it?

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

I didn't say it's all on her. I've been consistent. It's 50% on her. She controls her own actions. She consented to sex. It wasn't rape.

The condom ripped. He took the condom off. He had genital warts on his balls. These are possibilities when one has sex.

If she gets pregnant and she doesn't abort he pays child support.

He's unethical. She's a stupid slut. Blame is shared equally.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

why is she a slut though 🤔

because she was dtf on the first date ?

she has kids already so she was probably just looking to have a good time but without the risk of bringing another parasite into the world

how does that make her a slut ?

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

She's a slut because we even know about this. The guy was an asshole. We got that.

Why is anybody inferring there was no consent here and that this was a sexual assault?

She had sex and something unexpected happened. That's it. Why is she whining about it?

Would she be guilty of sexual assault if she lied to the guy and said she was on birth control but wasn't?

What's JewFro got to do with this?

Do you really want birth control to define rape? If so, then a woman lying about the pill would be a rapist as well.

The woman's an idiot.

They're both sluts. Big deal and who gives a shit? Why is she running to the state about her sex life?

Condoms rip and semen leaks through condoms. Condoms are not the issue.

She consented to sex. No rape.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

Why are you fixated on the "slut" part? It's irrelevant. I have no respect for her that she's trying to make this a legal issue.

The issue is consent versus birth control. Birth control is a separate issue.

THERE IS NO LEGAL ISSUE HERE.

And I pose the question over and over but none of you will answer it. If she lies to the man about taking birth control pills has she raped him?

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

The woman is a slut and he's a man whore. If he jizzed inside her and deliberately took it off then that I see as more serious.

He sprogged his load on her tramp back after a discussion about keeping it on. Big deal! She wanted him to f<>k her. She can deal with that and it’s a non-issue. It ain’t rape!

It’s not even a homosuperior problem. I say, let the breeder male deal with the consequence of wanting to f<>k some ho who by all accounts is a narcissistic show pony out for some attention. She sounds nasty and dirty.

Norman! What did you put in my tea?

there’s non-retarded ppl here

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

Absolutely not!

It was something that absolutely nobody knew anything about, until a week ago, but is now something everyone has heard about and is now something that women can use to beat men over the head with!

Another example of Americans inventing a name to something that didn’t exist in order to inflate it into something to talk about so that people that make money from talking shyte, on all sides of the political spectrum, don’t suffer the very worst ignominy of all. Being ignored!

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

I’ve been with a few guys who did this and I did not like it. It made me not trust them. I don’t think it’s rape but it is a really shitty thing to do.

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

No.

Having sex with condoms on isn’t even sex

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

this is actually the only correct answer on this thread

Re: is “stealthing” (secretly removing condom during sex) akin to RAPE ?

1. It's not rape. It's a dirty trick, but it's not rape.
2. This is what happens when you decide to fuck a stranger and
a.) You're stupidly not using birth control; and

b.) You trust that a total stranger will acquiesse to your wishes that he keep on a condom.
