Shop Talk Actors : Poll: Why don't you want to be a movie/TV actor?

Living as a non-actor is too good.

I do "something else" / "other things" in the creative/performing arts.

I didn't make it.

I don't think I'd make it.

It's not one of the above, but I don't think it's a conducive environment, like being rushed and pressured and not doing your best because of this.

I'm drawn to other things.

I do want to be a movie/TV actor.

I do plan to be a movie/TV actor.

It would get in the way of school/work, and since I'm in school/work and not an actor I can't switch.

It's just not a normal thing; it's a fairly new invention in the rise of technological advances and electricity.

I am waiting to use the internet as an unknown when Hollywood thinks it will find its way online. That way, I will be more popular because I will be more comfortable and well than an actor and its lifestyle, like I can control my schedule and my exercise, food, etc.

I want it for the money.

It's too late. It's only about Ellen DeGeneres, now.
