Korean bbq is very popular here. They usually put out like 6-12 different kimchi’s to eat with the meat.

I made my own Korean BBQ short ribs earlier this week with the kiminche.

Sounds tasty. I also have a bulgogi marinade that goes great with beef. My favorite kimchi is cucumber.

I'm not going to lie, a lot of Korean and Japanese cuisine tastes better than greasy fried American food.
There's a little Korean take out restaurant inside of that market I sometimes shop. Their meals are expensive. They serve a dish with bulgogi, kimchi, and rice.
I think I could make bulgogi myself. I just need to learn to prepare all the different side dishes that go along with Korean cuisine.

I talked about living next to an Asian restaurant for years and how I made my own bibimbap on here and no one cares.

It's tasty. A little sour due to the vinegar but otherwise pretty good.
