Not director/screenwriter. Just for screenwriting. Who is your favorite and how often do you see your favorite film screenwriter or TV writer on TV a lot?

I didn't think anyone had a favorite screenwriter or expected a screenwriter to be on tv or in movies all the time.

Writers aren't celebrities usually. They just aren't.

The Coen Brothers have been writing great movies for decades now.

My point is, writers arent the type of people that enjoy being in the spotlight. We enjoy praise for our writing and obviously expect to earn a living.

That doesnt mean you should take advantage of that, and use their work against them or try to start world war 3 revolution based upon their non malice writing.
