The Twilight Zone : Where is everybody?

Where is everybody?

"Where Is Everybody?" is the first episode of the American anthology television series The Twilight Zone. It was originally broadcast on October 2, 1959 on CBS.

Re: Where is everybody?

I still haven't seen this one. I've been going off a list of the top-rated episodes.

I watched "Walking Distance" from the first season, it's a great one. It got its own special musical score!

Re: Where is everybody?

Have you watched "Living Doll" yet?

Re: Where is everybody?

Yeah, that one is highly rated.

Re: Where is everybody?

That one is my favorite. It's funny every time the doll talks to the father. "My name is Talky Tina, and I'm going to kill you."

They parodied that on The Simpsons:

Re: Where is everybody?

You really should watch it. It's an absolute classic.

😺 Schrodinger's Cat walks into a bar, and doesn't. 🤨 Let's go, Brandon! 🤨 Try that in a small town.

Re: Where is everybody?

That first episode sticks in my mind, because it told me what a brilliant series this was going to be.

I've got the whole show on DVD, and often watch an episode or two. There's been nothing to beat it. Not even Black Mirror.

Re: Where is everybody?

Have you seen The Encounter (the one with George Takei)? I saw that one for the first time a couple years ago. I guess had been banned from TV for years because it was considered racist.

Re: Where is everybody?

Yes. It's included in the set. Just 2 guys in a small room, digging up the past. Great acting.

Re: Where is everybody?

I had a dream I think today I wanted to watch it.

Rod Serling! What a dude. I think it was his voice that made him so charismatic. You don't want to miss a single thing he says.
