i should have an entire chapter on how to avoid things and people. My sister plans to make a self help called 'shame to blame' that teaches you how to blame everyone else for your failures. Keep an eye out for that one

I used to get nervous going out alone because i had a heart issue (it was psvt but would happen fairly often and get severe -to where i had to call ambulances as soon as it would start and they basically had to stop my heart to make it restart at a normal rate). Sometimes I'd have panic attacks and i wouldn't know if it was a panic attack or a psvt episode. I was probably agoraphobic then but I'm just self diagnosing that, i would still go out with people.
And i got an ablation done on my heart about ten years ago, is been normal ever since! So things are better. I'm just a homebody by nature though

When you said agoraphobic I thought about this episode of Without a Trace where a woman with the condition needed to go out so she paid a delivery guy to pull her out of her apt
She screamed and fought but she said to keep going till she was finally out
