Too big problems I've noticed in the workplace are gross ineptitude and an alarming lack of morale. The Sam's Club I work at has become increasingly difficult to work at because of the horrible incompetence of certain employees and the management are too lax and indifferent to do anything about it.

Another incident to further illustrate the crippling dearth of competence in the workplace is my mother recently had to have a new air conditioner installed in her house. The blundering idiots who installed the air conditioner spent more time on their cellphones than they did working, plus they didn't even bring a ladder. My mom actually had to get a ladder from the garage for these morons to use. So you can chalk that one up to both incompetence and a basic lack of common sense.
