That argument is invalid.
Since the Industrial Revolution we human beings have lived far outside nature. We change the course of rivers, dam them to create lakes, move mountains to uncover coal reserves which we then burn in enormous amounts to power our factories where we manufacture giant heaps of stuff we sell to one another.
The Amish still live in tune with nature in North America in the 21st Century. Otherwise very few still do so.

And for the better, I would say.

Humans have re-invented nature. As in gods Image, humans have become the great creators. Now, we are destroying god. Later, we will create our own death.

The thing that gets me about these 'Nature Revenge' movies.
The fact that humans themselves are the products of nature's design really defeats the entire purpose of the film. Why should humans be excluded from Animals, why should nature get pissy with us in particular for acting as nature designed us to act. I could understand if there was some other reasoning behind it like "Possessed Woods" which wouldn't have been so far fetched i mean the film basicaly ripped Blair witch with the going in circles, which was far more supernatural than "Naturey" right? I mean why should nature make people go in circles can't nature just shoot some vines out the ground and kill the hell out of people? lol
Movie was bad though, they didn't even show the woman's death happening because they knew it would look stupid. How the hell did she get all the way over there and since when was nature psychic and able to launch metal poles through people.
And that ending, my god.
