James Bond : The next Bond Movie “No Time to Die”

Haven’t been this hyped for a Bond film since Skyfall. Rami Malik is going to be so good. Question: Do you think Craig’s bond dies in this film?

If Bond dies that'll be a first. Conan Doyle tried killing off his main source of income and had to bring Holmes back to life.

That said, killing off Logan created a very good final.

There’s going to be a new bond soon so I could see them writing this as this agent died and the next 007 took up his code name.

I don't think that would work. They didn't do that for any of the other change overs and it worked fine.

We’ll see. I don’t want them to do that either but I feel eventually they’ll go that direction. The fandom has largely accepted this In universe theory on why Bond changes. Some Bonds are more romantic , some are ruthless. Then you have the time lord theory which is even crazier.

I don't think it's necessary at all. If they do that they'll kill the franchise in one fell swoop. Yep, I guess we'll see.

Wouldn't be a James Bond film then. The little tweaks made so far have worked with only a few bursts of outrage from those easily outraged but the main character ins James Bond film has to be James Bond.

The real Bond died years ago. True fans have given up on this franchise years ago. Still decent movies somewhat, but Bond was written originally in a different time. Just end it already. Time for a new Spy series.

Yes, Jason Bourne was on my mind when I typed that and good to know, I've only watched the 1st 3 anyhow.

I always thought the Bourne movies were a response to a stale Bond franchise. The first 3 were great! Then Jeremy Renner took over and it dipped in quality, so they brought back Matt Damon but they couldn't quite get the momentum back.

I think it's time the Bourne franchise introduced a villain with a secret lair and an exotic henchman (or henchwoman).
