Classic Film : Singing in the Rain
Re: Singing in the Rain
A fantastic classic!
😺 Schrodinger's Cat walks into a bar, and doesn't. 🤨 Let's go, Brandon! 🤨 Try that in a small town.

Again, another of my favourite movies.
This scene, "Make 'em Laugh" - I'm exhausted just watching the physicality! Same with Kelly, pure athleticism and high power movements.
"Life is tough. Get a helmet." – Candace Owens
"Not today, Satan!" – Blaire White

Love that movie! It's bursting with talent, fun, and energy!
Re: Singing in the Rain
A true, iconic classic that's hard not to love. There are so many wonderful things about it and in it, and it's perfectly made. I love it.
Interestingly, the song that's the title is a really old one written by Arthur Freed with lyrics by Nacio Herb Brown. It made its first appearance in a 1929 musical revue, becoming a hit, then appeared in the 1929 MGM film, The Hollywood Revue of 1929 - a talking picture!
Arthur Freed went on to become a very successful producer of many films, including Meet Me in St. Louis, An American in Paris, East Parade and, yes, Singin' in the Rain!
Sorry, can't help myself. 🙄 Anyway, it's a wonderful film. Thanks so much for the post.

You picked one of the best musicals ever made. It's one of my favorite musicals.
I used to discuss this movie in detail back on imdb. I'd rather not rehash those days with you though.
