Should I go to a cheap gym ($10/month) or do full body workouts at home?

or both?

At the gym, I would mainly want to start out with 15 minutes on the treadmill, does not seem worth it.

I do want to move out if I can get assistance, as I don't want to "work."

Start working out at home. You won’t know how often you can or will use a gym membership, especially if you end up moving. Many of those “cheap” gyms are predatory and will lock you into a contract. It costs nothing to pull up a YouTube video and following a good fitness program designed for at-home exercise.
