Linda Cardellini : She made Velma HOT
Re: She made Velma HOT
Yeah, she did!
It's too bad Linda didn't have a big career after Scooby Doo, she deserved it.
I still think that Lindsay Weir is Linda's best role she ever played and I don't think she'd be cast as Velma if it weren't for "Freaks and Geeks" :-)

Good God did she ever!! I remember watching and thinking that Velma is not supposed to be hotter than Daphine. When she lost the sweater and was showing her ladies in the lovely low cut orange shirt, I couldn't stop thinking about how badly I wanted her.

Indeed she did. She's gorgeous and wonderful

I would crawl on broken glass just to wank my filth in her shadow. Possesses a cracking pair of titties too.
Re: She made Velma HOT
I agree Velma was underrated in beauty (to be the "IT" girl) so I guess that's why Linda was choosen.

Re: She made Velma HOT
I concur.
Re: She made Velma HOT
But now she has a very big hit movie (Daddy's Home). Reminds me of Jennifer Garner.
Amanda Bynes is hot and Lindsay Lohan is not.

Re: She made Velma HOT
I've watched it today and agree she is gorgeous in this movie. Very attractive.
Re: She made Velma HOT
These "she made Velma hot" threads kind of annoy me. She wasnt hot, she was great, HER ACTING was great. Yeah, she was also kind of pretty but I don´t think her or the producers went with her to make Velma hot. She auditioned for it and she killed it. The funny thing is that when I first saw her without knowing who she was I thought "that girl can act, you can see her in her eyes, she doesn´t mind to look plain or ugly and she´s very serious and convincing".
I think she made Velma much more relevant which is amazing. I mean, after she played her kids really started appreciating this character. Hanna Barbera should be paying her royalties only for that. Velma Dinkley owes Cardellini a lot. Even when I don´t like it, Velma is now almost sex symbol because of Cardellini.
