he seemed to be a great man and I'm sure he will be missed greatly

He was an excellent underated actor who should have been given more meaty roles after his performance in Joe.I don't know if it has been released on DVD here in UK but it would make fitting tribute if it hasn't. RIP Mr Boyle.

I have heard some good things about that movie , but I havent seen it I should probly invest in it.
I dont know if it has come out here in australia , I doubt it.

Peter Boyle was (typically) brilliant in this underrated little film. And apparently, he was one of the truly nice men in the profession, whose viewpoints were almost 180 degrees removed from Joe Curran.

A multi-talented, versatile actor and great guy by all accounts.
