I don't think travel will ever be possible. There's jyst some natural laws that will never be broken like faster than light travel.

I agree though I wonder if it was possible could one see themselves as a child as depicted in the sci fi universe.

Seems like just about every movie that features it throws some new paradox or idea into the mix.
So what I ask is based on a recent re-watch of 12 Monkeys.
Could it really be possible to travel back in time and to see yourself as a kid/younger self or for that kid to see you?
I doubt it.
