I can barely think of any off the top of my head. I guess Reindeer Games and The World Is Not Enough sort of count? Maybe Mullholland Drive and Vertigo too.

Both. If there are multiple major antagonists (Look up Big Bad Ensemble or Big Bad Duumvirate on TV Tropes) and one or more of them is a femme fatale then it counts.
