Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

No, he came in first where it counted, in the Electoral College. For you uneducated folks, that's our system, and it's not gonna change. And no matter how much you Liberals cry, moan and whine about it, the fact remains that he kicked Crooked Hillary's ass, and that arrogant, crooked, dried up old hag is NEVER going to be President!

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

But it is true. This thread is referring to a majority of voters, and a majority of voters did not vote for Trump the first time. A majority voted for Hillary. She came in first. By 3 million votes, a very large margin. Trump came in second.

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Yeah, but Trump came in first where it counted, in the Electoral College! Bottom Line: Crooked Hillary got her ass handed to her by Trump! And you Libtards can cry, moan, and whine about it all you want, but it won't change a thing!

Besides, that's a misleading statistic. There are millions of Republican votes in Blue States who didn't bother to vote because they knew the State would go for Crooked Hillary.

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Hillary got her ass handed to her? She had 3 million more votes. If this was a basketball game and she was up 3 million points on her opponent, you wouldn't say she got her ass kicked. Even if you use the electoral college as the measure, she didn't get "her ass handed to her." She nearly won that too. Trump won Wisconsin by .8%, Pennsylvania by .7% and Michigan by .2%, and if he didn't win those he would have lost. Those aren't great margins, which is why if the Democrats run someone just slightly more likable than Hillary Clinton, Trump is in serious trouble.

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Getting rid of the Electoral College is just the Democrats newest idea for how to win. The EC works well because with it, presidential elections won't be decided by a few states with high populations. Without the EC, if you lived somewhere like the Dakotas, you essentially wouldn't have a voice and the candidates may not even hold town halls or campaign where you live. I'm sure you've heard the phrase "the tyranny of the majority."

This will help you understand it more. https://www.thoughtco.com/republic-vs-democracy-4169936

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Amen.

Some of these moronic Leftards actually think we live in a Democracy! We do NOT! That would be mob rule. We live in a Federal Representative Republic.

Of course, most Leftards are too stupid to be able to comprehend that.

Some of them are even so stupid that they think Trump has been kicked out of office, because he was impeached by the House.

Idiots!

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

There are over 314 Million Americans.

By 3 million votes, a very large margin.

Less than 1% is not exactly a large margin.

I would agree with you but then both of us would be wrong

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

You are aware that kids can't vote, right? 3 million votes is massive. Trump got trounced in the 2016 election. There is no other way to spin it.

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Out of 128,838,342 votes Hillary won by 2,868,686, so a little over 2%, that's very minimal. And one thing you retarded popular vote people refuse to acknowledge is the rules. The popular vote is not how this works, Trump campaigned per the rules. Had the rules been based strictly on popular vote he would have spent some time and resources in CA and NY, but because it wasn't he didn't bother because there was no way he was taking a majority in those radical states. The popular vote argument is like saying the final score of a football game doesn't matter, total yards should determine the winner.

"I am Kamala Harris, my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit." -A fucking idiot

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

"Retarded popular vote people"? I'm not sure why you have such disdain for democracy. I consider democracy a great thing. The popular vote argument simply means more people wanted Hillary to be president than Donald Trump. To have a leader of a country who most of the citizens rejected doesn't make any sense. To use your retarded football analogy as an example, the arbitrary measure in this case is the electoral college. The electoral college isn't science, it is an artificial system with made up rules. The final score in your analogy would be the easily quantifiable popular vote, which Hillary won. By 3 million points.

And if the popular vote determined the presidency, Hillary would have campaigned in the South, in Texas, in the West, and won many more votes in those states, so I don't know what your point is about Donald Trump campaigning in California or New York. He still would have lost massively. He probably would have lost even worse. If you think Trump on stage campaigning would have helped him, then you haven't seen this video:

He's a joke.

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

I'm not sure why you have such disdain for democracy.
Because a Democracy is garbage, it's mob rule. It's two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. CA and NY shouldn't decide policy for the rest of the country.
The popular vote argument simply means more people wanted Hillary to be president than Donald Trump.
Again, if we used the popular vote they would have campaigned differently and the numbers would have been different, we don't know how different, but it's impossible to tell.
And if the popular vote determined the presidency, Hillary would have campaigned in the South, in Texas, in the West, and won many more votes in those states, so I don't know what your point is about Donald Trump campaigning in California or New York.
You may be right, my point is we don't know, what we do know is that Trump campaigned per the rules and smashed her in that regard.

Also, sidenote, Hillary ran an awful campaign, chances are she wouldn't have campaigned in TX because she wouldn't even campaign in battleground states.

Your video is pointless and adds nothing to this argument.

"I am Kamala Harris, my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit." -A fucking idiot

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

The point of the video is your fraudulently elected president is a fool. That is your president. He sounds like he ****s himself.

Because a Democracy is garbage, it's mob rule. It's two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. CA and NY shouldn't decide policy for the rest of the country.

But policy should be determined by location and not actual people? It is either majority rule, or minority rule; which makes more sense to you?

Also, sidenote, Hillary ran an awful campaign, chances are she wouldn't have campaigned in TX because she wouldn't even campaign in battleground states.

She did run an awful campaign and still won by millions. Had she campaigned in those battleground states, there is a much greater chance that she would have made up the collective couple thousand votes necessary to win them, than Donald Trump would make up the 3 million votes if he campaigned nationally. Watch that video again. Look at how dumb he is.

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

It is either majority rule, or minority rule; which makes more sense to you?
Giving everyone a say, not just the small majority. Mob rule is terrible.
She did run an awful campaign and still won by millions.
She lost, actually. But as we all know, Democrats refuse to accept the results of the elections, which is "a direct threat to our Democracy." Lol!

"I am Kamala Harris, my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit." -A fucking idiot

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

While democracy is better than most systems it still has its flaws. Mob rule is not always a good thing. A representative democracy is the superior system because it ensures that the voice of the minority still has value.

I would agree with you but then both of us would be wrong

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Representative Republic*

"I am Kamala Harris, my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit." -A fucking idiot

Re: Majority say they're open to re-electing Trump

Ah, good catch. That is the problem with numbers. In order for statistics to be reliable all factor need to be accounted for. So I redid the math to account for juveniles the margin is 1.26%. That isnt much.

I would agree with you but then both of us would be wrong
