It's very rare that I visit this site, and therefore when by sheer chance I did so yesterday, I was pretty amazed but also highly amused to see this thread resurrected four years after the last post.
BDK was certainly devoted to his particular form of 'performance art' I'll give him that much. AyeLewis's best work was the war he waged against J Neil Schulman.
