Brie Larson : I never thought I'd say this…….

I never thought I'd say this…….

But I'm pretty sure this will fail. Who is Brie Larson anyway?

An actor who hasn't been in anything decent (no a very legit reason, I know)

An actor who doesn't look the part

An actor with a pretty *beep* set of acting skills.

And someone who looks out of place in the terms of the current Marvel line-up.

Since the first Avengers movie, Marvel ha 2000 s started to slide in to the realms of terrible. I like Marvel and DC but Marvel is usually that little bit better, now I find myself growing tired of terrible casting and feel that DC is the future of comic book movies...........I can't believe I actually just said that. True story though.

Post isn't fake....was supposed to post it in Captain Marvel message board. I was just busy doing your mom and just rushed the post a little too much.

Lame response from a virgin acne ridden Brietard.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

oldmarco, I'm so sorry that you're jealous that you'll never land a woman that sweet, that attractive, or that talented. Maybe you should bang your mom instead of trying.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Nah, I'll just stick to doing your misses and your mom. How are my kids anyway?

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Is that supposed to be a clever comeback?

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Nah..not a comeback, just the truth.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Oh, IMDB kids these days...

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Being a fan nerd, being a hater. Not much difference.

I prefer to be in the middle and have my own point of view.

BTW aren't you the one calling her ugly and making fun of her looks at every chance you get? Now I've seen it all.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Wow... im glad that you're not doing any of the casting or that your opinion doesn't matter. Otherwise Marvel would of lost out on the million b68 s upon millions from their sales of their awesome movie and would most likely have a crappy line up of actors.

Thanks for your opinion but you couldn't be any more wrong.

:)

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Comic book movies have a future ? God, hope not.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

An actor who hasn't been in anything decent

She clearly has. You may disagree but she has been part of some pretty good movies. She's a perfectly fine actor too.

Ha-ha! I threw that *beep* before I walked in the room!

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

I truly hope you are a troll otherwise this post makes no sense, Brie Larson has been in critically acclaimed films (Room, which received four Academy Award nominations; Short Term 12; Trainwreck and 21 Jump Street, two very appreciated comedies by average moviegoers; Scott Pilgrim vs the World, which became a cult afterwards), has proven she can switch between drama and comedy and is as known as other Marvel actors (Tom Holland and Chadwick Boseman were pretty much unknown to most before their casting as Spider Man and Black Panther respectively, and same can be applied to other Marvel's actors). The film might fail (which seems unlikely since not even Ant Man bombed) but Brie doesn't lack what Marvel wants.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

It won't fail, especially because BRIE LARSON (a BEYOND INCREDIBLE, PHENOMENAL ACTRESS) is playing her, and I LOVED Ant-Man. Although, it would've been even BETTER if they just let Edgar Wright do his thing. Anyway, Captain Marvel is my most anticipated MCU solo film. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Brie Larson. She's my favorite actor. Been a fan for 2 years ever since first seeing her in 21 Jump Street when I first saw the film in 2014.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Well, at least you admit your first reason is not a very legit one, and...

pretty *beep* set of acting skills.

I wonder which of her movies you saw. Because from what I recal da0 l watching, she's been from decent, to solid and very good. Not saying she's the best, but not the worst either.

Also... an actor? Since when she's a he? Did I miss something or what the heck?

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

Yes, you missed basic grammar and the ability to look up word definitions.

The word "actor" is gender-neutral.

Re: I never thought I'd say this…….

See, English is not my first language. Yes, I know enough to speak and write, but it doesn't mean I know everything. Anyway, referring to female "actors" as such instead of "actresses" seems just... weird to me. Don't know why. As a non-native, I just feel it that way. My bad though.

Take that, Maynard G. Krebs!
