I don't understand why my superiors micromanage my work performance

Cuz other people that know me and see me working say that I do a good job.

But my performance is rated at 80%. They want it 90%

It sucks because I don't want to work any harder and I have no freaking idea what is the issue other than they're assholes.

Well whatever cuz I'm not working that much harder.

I passed the typing test. Yet their requirements for note taking actually require you to type 50 words per minute cuz most of the calls deal with complicated issues cuz the customer make it complicated cuz they want us to do shit for them that is beyond the bounds of our policies and system.

So yeah sometimes it takes me two minutes to notate the account and if I'm not saying the account while the customer is talking, it seems rude with all that typing noises in the background.

I didn't know they were like that until after training. And the supervisor that trained my class turned out to be a lazy bitch cuz she didn't actually give us much class time to learn and apply all the tasks in our training manual.

For the first two weeks she stopped the class to have us play a video game

And I got plenty of proof to counteract theirs. My numbers aren't bad enough to be written up for anyway.

I've been looking for another job anyway. I do improve with this job cuz the longer I'm there the more experience I gain and the more I learn how to do things correctly so I'm far better at this job than when I first started. Apparently after 6 months, they say that we should be pretty much pros. So I have 3 more months to improve.

With this new supervisor, she's decided to have weekly performance meetings for the team so I guess the outcome is that I will improve but I'm not working that much harder though. Fuck that.
