Re: Home vs gym: Where would you rather exercise?
In bed. Best exercise ever.

Re: Home vs gym: Where would you rather exercise?
Gym:
- more and varied equipment
- can have people spot you allowing you to go heavier, be safer
- can learn from other members
- hotter girls
There’s also a shared energy when you’re with other people. This is anecdotal and kinda pseudoscientific but if everyone around you is pushing hard, you’ll pick up on that energy.
Cheerio.

If you're incapable of quoting posts you're surely incapable of exercise.

Are you keeping a detailed logue?
Re: Home vs gym: Where would you rather exercise?
Depends on the program you are doing and/or what you are training for. The program I'm doing uses rucksacks, sandbags, and bodyweight. What I'm training for only requires a bar high enough to do pullups and a flak vest that weighs 20lbs.

The number one reason is for the privacy.
There is no noise coming from anyone else and I don't have to share a locker room with loud and obnoxious members.
I can choose what music I want to listen on the box and what movies to watch when that occasion comes up.
I am also saving money by not paying an annual or monthly fee.
The only cons is there is no swimming pool and there are no exercise machines that I liked exercising on when I was at the gym.
I don't mind just using weights, my body and other equipment for exercises.
Which one do or would you prefer and why?
