From Donald Trump Jr’s Hamptons MAGA-mansion to Tom Cruise’s RUSTIC Colo-…

rado ranch, the HOTTEST celeb REAL ESTATE changing hands this week!

The eye-watering price may make it mission impossible for most fans, but Tom Cruise has placed his secluded Colorado ranch on the market for a hefty $40million. Elsewhere, Donald Trump Jr and Kimberley Guilfoyle look to offload their Hamptons MAGA-mansion for $8.14million as they join the Trump exodus to Florida, and Bella Hadid says goodbye to a $6.5million industrial Soho penthouse after snatching up the bachelorette pad following her split from the Weeknd. Here are this week’s celebrity real estate movers and shakers…

TOM CRUISE LISTS HIS RUSTIC COLORADO RANCH FOR $40M: He’s been known to own luxurious properties in Beverly Hills, New York City and the UK. And now Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise has put his sprawling Colorado ranch, which is nestled deep in the mountainous and picturesque town of Telluride, on the market.

Show me the money: According to the listings page on Sotheby’s, the Magnolia actor, 58, is asking a hefty $39.5 million for the 320-acre property. Included in that eye-watering price is a three-bedroom guest lodge in addition to the nearly 10,000-square-foot main house, which is completely decked out in wood paneling.

Your mansion, should you choose to accept it: The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom ranch, which is 'custom built for privacy,' is tucked deep in the woods with a splendid backdrop of mountains and natural beauty. The spacious estate features 11,512 square-feet of interior living space, sitting at the top of an escarpment overlooking spectacular alpine views.

American Made: The home is constructed from bleached cedar timbers and native stone. According to the Sotheby's listing, the home is 'a legacy estate, the realization of years of planning and vision'.

DON JR. AND KIMBERLEY GUILFOYLE OFFLOAD THEIR HAMPTONS MANSION FOR $8.14M: Donald Trump Jr has shown real estate runs in the family after he and girlfriend Kimberley Guilfoyle turned a handsome $3.6 million profit from the sale of their Hamptons mansion. The couple sold the palatial Bridgehampton home for $8.14 million, less than two years after purchasing it for $4.495M.

Build the waterfall: The 9,200-square-foot, seven-bedroom mansion, set on 3.9 acres, boasts a heated pool and spa, a waterfall, and is within walking distance of both the local beach, restaurants and high-end shops in the village. Don Jr's former home also gave him direct access to a stunning natural spring-fed pond (pictured).

MAGA exodus to Florida: The couple are joining other members of the Trump family, including Don Jr's former president father Donald and his sister Ivanka, in Florida. They have reportedly been house hunting in Jupiter, 80 miles from Miami where Ivanka has set up home with her husband and their three children. The land that Ivanka purchased, Plot 4, is located in Indian Creek (pictured), aka 'Billionaire Bunker,' an exclusive and wealthy village in Florida.

Family affair: Their former home was large enough to fit the couple and each of Don Jr's five children and Kimberly's son, with its master suite for mom and dad and six en suite bedrooms. The Bridgehampton residence became an oasis for the couple during last year's Covid-19 pandemic, when many New Yorkers fled the city.

RIHANNA DROPS $13.8M ON A SEVEN-BEDROOM BEVERLY HILLS MANSION: Rihanna has purchased a stunning $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion with an open-air courtyard and pool. The five-bedroom home includes seven bathrooms, is located on a secluded and lush cul-de-sac in the mountains sprawling 21,958-square-foot lot and was originally built in the 1930s.

With a little help from my friends: The lavish mansion is across the street from Sir Paul McCartney, who she previously worked with on the hit FourFiveSeconds in 2015. The 33-year-old mogul's other neighbors on the same quiet street include Mariah Carey, who has been leasing a property a few doors down for years, and recently Madonna amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

You da one: The property is a perfect place for the Fenty Beauty founder as it offers complete privacy from the street with its tall hedges. It also features a 'sophisticated design' that 'blends both contemporary and traditional elements,' with a modern farmhouse look and a black metal roof, per the listing.

Starry history: Rihanna's new digs were 'formerly owned by Mary Sheldon, the daughter of I Dream of Jeannie creator Sidney Sheldon,' according to Dirt. Daniel Starr, who paid Sheldon $4.3 million for the estate, chronicled his renovations of the home on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing.

BELLA HADID LISTS HER NYC PENTHOUSE FOR $6.5M: Supermodel Bella Hadid is saying au revoir to her incredible penthouse in the Soho neighborhood of NYC. The 24-year-old supermodel has opted to list the 2,569 sq ft duplex, after snatching up the property last June for $400K under the current asking price.

So long, Soho: The building was turned into a co-op in 2016 and the six-story structure only possesses 14 units in total for maximum exclusivity. Bella snatched up the bachelorette pad just after her split from on-off beau The Weeknd, and sister Gigi Hadid and her partner Zayn Malik also used to have a unit in the building.

Industrial chic: The industrial space was built in 1877 and was once an old silk showroom. Now it is a fully functional home with two bedrooms and two baths. The space is also filled with many of Bella's own personal touches, her showing off the various corners of the space on Instagram.

Model resident: Perfect for entertaining her model girlfriends, just underneath the staircase lies an 100-bottle wine cellar behind glass doors. Just up the flight of stairs lies a private terrace with lots of space for hanging out and having dinner parties — a true luxury for any NYC resident.

DOJA CAT SPLASHES OUT $2.2M FOR BOHO-CHIC BEVERLY HILLS PAD: Say So hitmaker Doja Cat has splashed out $2.2 million on a new pad in Beverly Hills. The singer, 25, is the proud owner of a Boho-chic home built in 1960, Dirt reported on Tuesday.

Entertainment oasis: The incredible home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms is located on a canyon hillside on a sloped lot of under a quarter acre. Outside, there's a small but deep plunge pool and wood and concrete patios with banquette seating and planters.

All white: The entrance opens onto an expansive room on the home's main level. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows, all white decor and a fireplace.

Chef’s kiss: Doja Cat's stunning new home also features a retro skylit kitchen kitchen in the open plan room that has a curved island as well as a small dining area.

"THAT'S SOME BAD SHIT, HARRY!".
