I love the episode where there is some kind of weather anomaly and it doesn't get light so Buffy and Angel can be together during the day.

Becoming Parts 1 & 2 I think are the pinnacle of what the show could do. There was drama, comedy, horror, sacrifice, death, and a heck of a cliffhanger ending.
