I get up, feed my dog, let him out and walk 30 seconds to a Tim Horton's. I've timed it, seriously 30 secs from my front door. I love my location. Grocery store 2 min walk.

That doesn't really go on here, but there's a needle drop box on front of a Burger King about 10 minutes away. I've seen volunteers picking up discarded needles in parks downtown.
