Yes, that's the only reason someone would think continuing to kneel on a person's neck for several minutes after said person stopped moving/breathing is murder. It's just that they can't think critically and not that they understand the concept of actions having consequences.

The jurors didn't just watch the video multiple times, they heard hours of expert testimony. You did not. I live in Minneapolis where the trial was broadcast live on multiple forms of media, and I heard much of that testimony as it was given. You did not.
The jurors made the right decision. Everyone who isn't a racist fuckwit knows this.

As it should be. That's the nature of the beast.

In those two above cases, there is much less grey area than the Chauvin case. Everyone can agree that.

Did Chauvin leave the duties of his job and go on a killing spree? No. A death resulted from his performing the actions of his job. It was related to his job. For this to a charge, Chauvin could sue his supervisors.
If a hitman kills someone, the hitman is charged but also the person who hired the hitman. Because Chauvin was working and thought he was performing the duties of his job, his supervisors would have to be charged, which means the entire state of Minnesota.
There's no way media bias did not play a role in this case. Any murder charge with this much grey area - even a small amount - should have never been a conviction.

I’ll correct myself. He was guilty of second degree unintentional murder but the mob wouldn’t accept that so he became a sacrifice that way. No way in hell he should’ve been found not guilty though.

The number of victims is irrelevant (well, there must be at least 1). Chauvin was charged on 3 different counts of murder. Basically, the facts of the crime dictate which areas of law would apply and there are different “angles” if you will that the crime can be viewed through, I.e. different counts of murder that you can be charged with and found guilty of.
