Re: Books to read/re-read

I re-read Brave New World a couple of years ago and was blown away by that novel for a second time in my life. I'll probably read it again sometime in the future.

Stranger in a Strange Land is a good novel. It's been years since I read it but I remember enjoying it and relating to the main character. Charles Manson was supposedly influenced by that book.

Re: Books to read/re-read

Brave New World starts slow

Ending is great

Re: Books to read/re-read

Brave New World. It needs to be read again. Y'all know that Huxley took LSD on his death bed?

Brave New World” author Aldous Huxley requested LSD on his deathbed, a request granted by his wife … Aldous Huxley was one of the most influential English writers of the 20th century. … It established Huxley as a master of science fiction and triggered a boom in that genre

Re: Books to read/re-read

Why not DMT? DMT comes naturally so he went thru a combo of LSD/DMT induced euphoria
