Yes, I’m v opinionated about my vessel of choice. Black coffee w/ creamer tastes better out of a paper cup. Frothy/milky coffee always tastes better out of a mug.

I know, right? I'm the same way. I'm extremely particular about what vessel I drink my beverages out of. Iced coffee, vs tea vs hot coffee. I've never been able to get around thick, heavy mugs though.

I have specific glasses and cups for each beverage and I never waiver.

I know, same here. I had the dishwasher running, but wanted some iced coffee, and all I had left were those little orange juice glasses.

As bizarre as this sounds, it just didn't seem to taste the same. Must be a tall cup of iced coffee with cream, and a tall cup of iced tea unsweetened with a slice of lemon if possible.

I love grinding the whole beans. You can't go back to buying ground coffee once you've become addicted to the fresh brews. It tastes stale.

We used to do that as well. There was a nice little coffee shop on the corner where they sold mostly whole beans, they would grind them for you, whatever size you chose, or sell whole, along with spices or condiments or candies from all over the world.

What was nice about it was buying 1/4 lb of this, and that, and that over there,….and it allowed us to taste various beans without having to invest in entire pounds of coffee.

We had a French Press, we foamed our own milk, and it was all part of our morning ritual together. We'd usually make it so dark (I swear, you could stand a spoon up in it!)

True. I'm not as big a coffee drinker now as I used to be. We used to drink every day, but for the past several years, it's only on the rare occasion so I want to make sure it's a damned fine cup of exceptional coffee and not a cup from McD's.

yeah just made coffee gon drink another cup. 2 cups in a row. for the first in my life. usually i drink one cup and thats enough.

I drink the cheap basic **** every morning before I start work just to wake me up.

Only ever minute of my life. I order it from online. The authentic dark ****.

What type? I order Yirgacheffe Ethiopian coffee. If you like very dark, strong, rich, and bold coffee, give this a try. It's not for the faint of heart. I'd recommend cutting it with frothed half-n-half or light cream, but not milk. This'll wake you up after two sips.










I've only been able to order it online, thus far. Until the past 3-4 years I could bags of whole beans at Star Bucks or specialty coffee shops. It has a very unique taste.
