Quarantine 2: Terminal : Don't say a movie sucks…your post gets deleted.

Seems there's been more Quarantining of posts that don't pat the back of the film makers or suck up to flimsy cheap sell out re-hashes (becoming very common on imdb). Every time i'm positive about a film the post stays,every time i'm not it's gone. I'm not particularly rude,no more than others and try to give a genuine and honest opinion but low and behold my none-too-flattering post has disappeared again.

Anyway this film is a run of the mill zombie flick,pretty badly acted with some of the worst dialogue i have ever heard in a movie (even a horror movie) and is nowhere near as good or even close to measuring up to the first Quarantine and definitely in a lower league of it's own in comparison with the fantastic original REC.

This is a second rate rehash that is shamelessly tugging and pulling on the coat tails of the previous movies,except it falls short by a country mile. It is not POV found footage style either so don't go into this if you think it is going to be like the others,it isn't,it ain't even close. I'd say it's slightly above SyFy channeland that's being generous.

I'll leave you with this,at the screening people tutted and sighed when it finishedand i don't think it was cos they were miffed it was over and wanted more.

I love it when people play the "you're probably related to the film makers" card any time someone disagrees with an IMDber panning a movie.

Movie didn't suck, IMO. Better than Quarantine 1.

Not to mention Mercedes Masohn was MUCH cuter than Jennifer Carpenter

I thought the movie was okay. Sure, the acting and dialog was a little corny; but the movie was entertaining. It may not be as good as the first quarantine, but saying that this was a sy-fy movie is being too critical. The acting was way better compared to those movies.

I couldn't even finish it, good thing I downloaded it illegally!

Maybe I was just spoiled by [REC]2, but I was severely disappointed with Quarantine 2. I wasn't expecting much to begin withyou never can with these direct-to-video sequels (Wrong Turn 2 being an exception), but it was worse than I ever thought it could be. The single thrilling scene in the movie for me was when the main character Jenny was getting chased by the black guy. Other than that, the movie was uninspired, horribly edited, just a mess. The general rating on Netflix is 3 stars out of 5 stars, and I usually agree with all the user ratings on this site. People seem to be liking this film. To each their own.

It's kind of sad when people only allow others to have their own opinion as long as they are in agreement, the very thing OP is lamenting here.
