Re: Meryl got pregnant in this……..
This film was released in sept 1990 which makes it nine months to her daughters birthday - she may have fell pregnant around the time it was released but not on set.
Re: Meryl got pregnant in this……..
Meryl has referred to her pregnances many times in interviews.
So for us Meryl fanantics here's my recount.
When watching a clip of "Kramer vs. Kramer", seventeen years after the release, she said she most remembers that she was pregnant with her first child while filming the picture and was very pregnant when she accepted her Oscar for the role. (correction thanks to another poster on the thread, Meryl had already delievered Henry at the time she won for Kramer vs. Kramer, but was pregnant at the time she was nominated for The Deer Hunter).
Meryl was pregnant with her second child when she accepted her Oscar for "Sophie's Choice". Twenty seven years later, her daughter play Meryl in younger flashbacks in the film "The Evening".
Meryl was pregnant with her third child when she was nominated for an Oscar for "Out of Africa". When asked if she felt the pressure to win prior to the awards ceremony, she said, "right now I only feel the pressure to go to the bathroom" She also filmed the movie "Heartburn" while she was pregnant.
I'm not sure if Meryl was pregnant during the filming of "Postcards from the Edge" with her forth child, however, she was nominated for best actress for her preformance the followning year, yet she did not attend the ceremony as a result of her pregnancy. Her song, "Checking Out" was also nominated, but was sung my Reba Mcintyre. The forth pregnance also ruled her out for playing the lead in the movie "Evita", which was later played by Madonna.
Now call me the sick-o.

Additional "sick-o" stuff:
On an interview with Regis and Kelly
she has said that she got pregnant
of the set of "Silkwood".
Unless im mistaken, i think that would be the only
movie she got pregnant on the set for. But your
right, she did get pregnant around the release for Postcards.
"I had a farm in Africa.."

Re: Meryl got pregnant in this……..
Considering the stuff we read on this site, this hardly makes for Sick-0 material. Your comment that she became pregnant while filming Silkwood would make prefer since, for Sophie's Choice was in the can waiting release at the time she was on location filming Silkwood. I gathered that from a Kirk Russell interview.
Meryl recently said in an interview that when she sees glimpes of some of her older films, she does thing of the movie themselves, but the locations that she conceived her children.
I also remember somewhere that she conceived her third child while on location filming Out of Africa.

Re: Meryl got pregnant in this……..
She wasn't pregnant when she accepted her Oscar for Kramer Vs. Kramer. Henry would have already been born. Also she looks slim when she accepts it in the video and in pictures.
