Nope its Bailey I hate. There are appropriate ways to make changes. You don't do to him what they did and how they did it. She calls herself his fiend. Geez with friends like her who needs enemies. But then again i have disliked Bailey for a while now. She is annoying and judgmental, she is your friend one second and stab you in the back the next. Can't stand her character.

I think I remember reading/hearing something several years ago that shonda sees herself in bailey and she writes her how she would be.

I really hope I'm wrong about this and I hope that's not how she runs the show. Can't believe people would stick around as long as they have if it's true.

I recall that exact same thing regarding Shonda/Bailey.

Shonda said that Bailey's character was based on herself (shonda).

I think she is taking all the heat to avoid telling him that his own wife was the one that wanted to replace him. This really isn't all her fault.

Agreed. He's acting like one of those doctors they used to make fun of in the show: a dinosaur that can't accept change.
