When I first saw it I didn't know who Don Cheadle was. Years later watching it knowing how great of an actor Mr. Cheadle i wasn't at all surprised. He did his thang!!!! Love him.

Oh man, Don Cheadle had me CRACKING UP in this movie! xD

I liked the scene when he was drunk & almost shot Denzel.

The best was the scene towards the end where he says, "You told me not to shoot him. So I - I choked him."

You should read the series. Mouse is hilarious on every page. At one point is thought to be dead through two novels. Easy mourns over his loss since he and Mouse are childhood friends. But there is a surprise ending in Six Easy Pieces!

It was the first movie that gave him room to work with. After watching I said this dude is going to be a star. I saw him in Rosewood, and Boogie Night(Which he was good and I thought he was Tim Meadows, ha.) When I saw this movie, I made a decision to watch every movie he would be in from now to eternity. Mouse is an awesome character, for the fact Easy was pissed at him and didn't want anything to do with him, but when *beep* hit the fan he knew who to call. I would have liked to see Sizemores character and him meet up. Mouse was a guy who wasn't good for anything, but he was good at killing, and thats a fact, and I do truly think he was true friends with Easy, even though he was a cold blooded killer. At the end Easy says something to the effect of even if someone is truly bad should you still cherish your friendship with them. Awesome flick, and very underrated

Seeing this again after so many years I hadn't realised that Don Cheadle was in this. I must say, I understand why he is such a huge movie star now. His performance was just electric!

Cheadle was awesome in here, I want to see Denzel & Cheadle team up again, that would be so cool! Very underrated movie.

He did extremely well in portraying an unstable character, not only from parts of the dialogue and actions but from the little things too. An example being when Easy threatens Junior, the camera cuts to Mouse in hysterics, enjoying the moment which showed how fond he is of violent behavior.

Rest in Peace Al Freeman Jr. An underrated talent and lovely spirit.

Cheadle has always been the far more exciting and gifted actor than the bland, handsome leading man type Washington who has virtually no range whatsoever.

Don Cheadle is still one of my favorite actors, to this day. On Twitter, he's constantly slaying trolls. A funny guy in real life.

Snubbed for an Oscar Nomination for Besf Supporting Actor. I mean Kevin Spacey deserved it, but Don should have been nominated over James Crowell for Babe and Brad Pitt for Tweleve Monkeys(really Oscars)!

Umm , no . Played shucking jive neggah , loose cannon big mouth as an offset to dmans cool , calm , collected. Good casting. Nuff said.
