Casablanca : Where did all the posts disappear to?

I've seen this happen here for obscure films but what the H happened to all the previous messages, questions, and answers? How does this film only have a page and a half of messages? WHY delete threads more than a year old?

Well, I had really hoped to find a thread here that would explain Capt Renault's medals. Heroism in the colonies? WW 1? Bandmaster?

I think they do it based on how busy a thread is. And no matter how great, the film is over 70-years old.

If it helps any, don't think any person makes the call. Pretty sure it is all automated.

He did say he fought in WWI, and the other gongs are no doubt for long service in the police - plausible to me.
