Severance : Best scene in the movie?
Re: Best scene in the movie?
When you see the two Escorts half naked in the hole, and when the Blonde Escort shoots the last bad guy at the end. Man that was hot sheet.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
When they're eating the pie and Gordon says "I cooked it for the full 40 minutes". Or something like that.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
When you see the string of clothing tied together being thrown past Steveand you realize what it is from the starting of the movie

Re: Best scene in the movie?
Dunno if its the best scene but most memorable for me is Gordon on the diving baord and the off balance recovery thing he does. Genius.

Re: Best scene in the movie?
Not "The Best Scene" but I really liked when you see the spider crawling on Jill (?) and you just assume she's going to freeeeak out when *she* sees it, but instead she just lovingly coos over it and lets it crawl onto her hand
Re: Best scene in the movie?
the plane !
"Ill lash you within an inch of your life and then Im going to have you!"
Re: Best scene in the movie?

Re: Best scene in the movie?
It's still funny.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
Yeah, that was hilarious.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
Yeah definitely, I was laughing out loud at that one, it's the face that kills me. The foot looks eerily realistic too.

Re: Best scene in the movie?
the scene when they are talking about bears in Hungary is funny by itself but when you see an actual bear crossing the road behind them makes it so much funnier. So random

Re: Best scene in the movie?
When steve thought he pissed himself and said "I feel damp, I think I pissed meself" and the girl had to feel him. That was great.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
This scene tore me up, my buddies and I used to have the same feelings when we first tried shrooms. I hadn't thought of it in like 10 years until he mentioned "Did I piss myself", damn that was funny *beep*

Re: Best scene in the movie?
I had a couple of favorites:
-The decapitation scene, ending with his smile.that was incredibly funny!
-The scene with the bear-trap, and the repeated openings and closings of it, that had me laughing so hard I almost couldn't catch my breath.
-The scene with the rocket-launcher weapon, and how it malfunctioned.
-All of the acid trip "hallucinations", reminded me of the movie "Shrooms" lol
The movie started out a little slowly, but once it picked up, I loved it.
Deeeeeeep hurting!!!!!!!
OH MY GOD! YOU CAN'T KILL BECCA

Re: Best scene in the movie?
cant believe no one mentioned the 'this is gonna hurt' bit!
Steve is in a fist fight and finally gets the upper hand by sticking a knife up a guys arse, only to get attacked by some goon with a gun, who he then kills. The guy with the knife up his arse flings a little knife at Steve, to which he replies, 'This is gonna hurt', then pushes the guy so he lands on the knife, driving it the rest of the way.
classic

Re: Best scene in the movie?
My favourite scene in terms of humour was definitely when Richard says hello to maggie and gets all flustered. i kept saying: Just sit down, but it went on and on and it was pretty funny.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
Just watching it on BBC3. The knife up the arse is seriously cringeworthy. Ouch!

Re: Best scene in the movie?
Definitely the bear trap scene, we were laughing so hard as they let it snap shut again several times
Re: Best scene in the movie?
The two scenes that Beuller ( Gordon on the diving board scene ) and djopdyke ( was relieved Jill didn't kill that spider either whew ! ) had mentioned here . Those were my favorites as well lol . Thanks zoepops46 for your subject post .
Re: Best scene in the movie?
The whole bear trap/leg in the fridge/subsequent losing of the leg was hilarious, but I also loved when Maggie shot the bad guy in the head and was like, "I don't want to be accused of not killing him when I had the chance".
Re: Best scene in the movie?
The part in the house where they're having a serious discussion and the guy with the glasses goes "Anyone want a cup of tea?" Made me laugh pretty hard.
Re: Best scene in the movie?
I've got it on in the background on BBC1 and as soon as i saw your post he said it.
"Should i make some tea?". Priceless.
Richard and Gordon are the funniest, there timing is immense.
Richard: "Um, Jack and Jill. You go up the hill.. to see if you can get a phone signal."
Gordon: (After getting peppered wit paintballs) "Stop, That is really dangerous, You get one of those in your eye it would pop like a pingpong ball. That really hurt. I expect more from some of you." (turns and steps on the bear trap.)
Funny as *beep*

Re: Best scene in the movie?
I don't do drugs
Re: Best scene in the movie?
Steve all stoned and scared looking directly into the camera. Couldn't stop laughing!
Re: Best scene in the movie?
Love the way Steve says "he ain't going to have hammer and nails is he?"
Then she pulls them out and he replies "oh for *beep* sake"!

Re: Best scene in the movie?
The best IMO was the whole pie scene.
Jill: Could it be the cow's tooth?
Steve: A cow with gold fillings?
Laughed my f- ass off.
Boycott movies that involve real animal violence (& their directors)
