The Guardian : This show is terrible!

I'm only partway into the 10th episode of the first season, and it's amazing how bad this show is. I mean, parts of it work okay, and Simon Baker shines like always, but it's hilarious to see how clunky, absurd, and poorly written it is. And Dabney Coleman? They seem to feed him the worst lines of all. Of course, I can't look at him without thinking of Jerry Ceasar, so that makes it even funnier.

This show is a guilty pleasure for me. I can't stop watching it because it's so fun to see it almost work, but while also miserably failing and completely ripping off of 'Law and Order'. This is one of the best terrible shows I've ever seen.

The writing is laughably bad without being intolerably bad.

Maybe stop trying to box it in with other shows? You totally missed the point of the show.
