Camp Rock : Blue screen?

Can anyone say whether any of this movie was filmed in front of a blue screen? For some reason I get that impression when the camera is on Demi Lovato during some of the scenes.

I think most of the stuff with the lake in it is.

Well it looks like it, especially when Tess is singing 'too cool' the sunset looks really bad.
