Hawaii Five-0 : Caan and O'Laughlin
Re: Caan and O'Laughlin
There's no known animosity that I'm aware of. The cast seem to all get along great.
Scott films 5 less episodes a season than Alex does so maybe that's what you're noticing? I don't know their schedules, obviously, but I've seen a few fans wondering whether Grace and Scott were given smaller roles in the last episode to accommodate filming their movies? I know Scott has filmed his part, but IDK about Grace.

Re: Caan and O'Laughlin
The exact opposite is the case. They are extremely close friends and are practically inseparable behind the scenes when filming together. In an interview from the last year or so Alex O'Loughlin explained Scott's schedule and was very happy that he was able to work out his contract to allow him time to go back to LA to see his girlfriend and their daughter as well as do other projects.

Thank you for your replies.
I hadn't factored that they both, Scott and the actress playing Grace, could be filming movies at the moment. I just thought it has seemed like Scott and Alex have had less and less shared screen time for the last 2-3 seasons. I really enjoy their on screen chemistry and prefer when they are paired versus when they work primarily with the other cast members as their partner in the various episodes. The show isn't as good when Scott isn't in it.

I've noticed that Alex O'Laughlin and Scott Caan have fewer and fewer scenes together. Is there any known animosity between them? I was wondering if they no longer get along so they film fewer scenes together. I noticed them appearing together less and less after O'Laughlin came back from his stint in rehab. I'm not saying that has anything to do with it, just that I noticed it around that time.
