Ka pa'ani nui filming locations shows only O'ahu as the filming location. did they also film the Arizona scenesin O'ahu?

The Canyon might have been Waimea Canyon on Kauai or Grand Canyon, AZ but definitely not on Oahu.

The hotel scene at the end may have been shot just about anywhere, but the landscape shots were most definitely in Arizona (and maybe New Mexico too).
