Feeling like I'm hanging out with friends of various personalities. When there's fighting there's also times of warmth and comraderie.

I already miss the heyday of the IMDb boards when trolls, even on The Soapbox, were in the minority. After a while, I just went with the can't beat em join em mentality.
I miss some of the people who used to post. There's something about online communities that bring people you have a hard time meeting in person. I met my ex on a board. We connected on movies, especially horror. Met a few friends here as well well, not really this board. Everyone hates me here lol.
I won't miss it now. I always stayed, likely because I have OCD and have a hard time letting something go on my own. I kept coming to IMDb out of addiction.

I've always been a pathetic shell of a human being so I have no place anywhere in life beyond the burial plot that my parents purchased for me when I was in my early 20s, and as such, I expect to miss nothing, except for maybe random lulz at stupid people desperately trying to act smart while still clearly being stupid. Maddening, but funny at the same time. Of course, I don't need a message board for that, but it's always better to see that in nesting mode.
