I think the important detail is it isn't like they just met and she's forcing him to do something he doesn't want to do. THey have been in a relationship for a long time, and have much more clearly defined roles because of it.
I mean, some couples enjoy the power dynamics of one person taking control, but they are both active participants in that setup, so I don't think it's a bad thing. I didn't see any sign from him that he didn't want to do the stuff she wanted to do. She was just being assertive about what she wanted, something most male driven scenes of tha tnature are lacking.

At the very beginning of the episode, he was trying to have morning sex with her and she refused him. This so-called "coerced sex" scene was just to illustrate how much she had changed after her transformation. I didn't see him complaining at allif anything I'd say he was more surprised than coercedand later they both agree on how great their sex has gotten.

If your partner says they don't want to perform oral sex, I agree that it isn't particularly ethical to demand they continue and shove their head down.
