The way Kate was behaving on their first date would totally put me off her. If I was a first date and the guy was acting all nonchalent I'd be wondering why on earth I was wasting my time.
Another thing as well, Carrie, Heather and Beth knew he was a "total operator" so why did they all date him :S?

I just think all of them dated him because he was HOT and because they were so shallow, they all got played in the end.

I was thinking the same thing about the first date. I definitely wouldn't waste my time with someone who was so stuck up and nonchalant about the whole thing. But idk, John Tucker liked having a "challenge" or whatever.
