The Walking Dead : too much hugging

too much hugging

this show has too much hugging and too many reunions. maggie returns and everybody hugs maggie. people see morgan and they hug morgan. it's like the show has to get hugging in twice every episode. is that what reality shows are like (dating shows and stuff)?

i get that these people feel very connected with each other, but i feel like half the dialogue now is about "hey, I'm glad to see you again."

it's like teenagers seeing each other/reuniting after summer break, spring break, and winter break.

Re: too much hugging

I suppose they feel that they should include some action that's cheerful/edifying, to balance out all of the zombie-stabbing and skull-liquefying.

Re: too much hugging

The only thing John Wayne ever hugged was his oxygen tank.

Not even 1% of the dialogue in the previous episode was anything along the lines of "hey, I'm glad to see you again". Stop exaggerating.

Re: too much hugging

NO, they really don't have too many. Their reunions are in direct proportion to them getting scattered. Stop that and there'll be no reunions for you to endure.
