What's awesome is now that they're releasing Trophies for these accomplishments, you get to do ALL 4 over again! But kudos to you, I thought the game was challenging on easy mode, much less on hard or Crushing!

i'm sure you know by now, but whatever difficulty you beat it on, you get the trophies for all the easier difficulties as well. beat it on crushing and you'll get all the trophies for the difficulties.

What's the difference between the difficulty levels? Do you just die quicker, the bullets and attacks cause more damage?

They don't just flank you like crazy, they also rush you. I got VERY good at getting guys with blind fire because of this.
