Arrival : The one moment that immediately reminded me of "Enemy" (minor spoilers)

That moment when the alien is all of a sudden in the room right next to the scientists is almost exactly like that last scene in "Enemy" where Jake Gyllenhaal walks into the other room and faces the huge spider, which sort of shies away from him.

I hadn't known that the same guy directed both movies, but immediately made the connection.

Anyone else?

Yea, I made that connection also (Enemy is a personal favorite). Definitely not a coincidence from Villeneuve. The alien looked like a giant spider.
